About me...
I've been working as an Executive Coach, Life Coach, Consultant and Corporate Trainer for 30+ years. Over the years I’ve worked with clients of just about all ages (teens to late 80’s), professions, religions, and sexual orientations, etc. I have conducted training programs throughout the country, and in a few spots around the globe, as well as deep in cave (a pretty good story).
I have a master’s degree in psychology, I am a certified Life Coach, Youth and Family Coach, and Master Coach. My training also includes work in the field of Positive Psychology, Positive Intelligence Coaching, and extensive study in the field of Neuroscience and its many applications within the coaching and training fields.
At 62, I consider myself fortunate as I look back on a mostly happy yet oftentimes bumpy road. I’ve experienced my fair share of “transitions.” I am a happily married father of three – I became the father of a person suffering with cancer when first my first son was diagnosed at age 9, the father of a child with special needs when my second son was born with special needs (Down Syndrome), when my lovely and talented daughter became a teen (probably the most complex challenge of all!) and when my amazing and wonderful wife was diagnosed with cancer (she and I have now traveled down this road 3 times)…and of course, when I became a pet owner – I must not forget Bhodi!

How Sessions Work
Sessions are 60 minutes. We’ll meet on-line in a completely confidential, judgement-free space, where understanding, patience, and progress rule! As we work together, I will always be honest and direct, I will ask questions others might not ask and may say things others might not say, but always with kindness, understanding and respect. My focus will be on delivering feedback that is insightful, actionable, and drives progress. We will work together to find those critical insights that will help you see more clearly, understand more completely, and then act more effectively.

Testimonials
What my clients have to say about me...
-Matthew
“Andrew became my trusted coach when I was a struggling kid coming out of High School. He got to know me, he understood me, supported me, and helped guide me. Now, at 45 years old, a husband, a father, running my own business, he is still my coach and one of my best friends.

As a prosecutor for the Department of Justice I can trace my career path in a direct line back to Andrew. The advice he gave me, way back during our first session when I was 22 years old, helped me write the next chapter of my life. When it came time for my wife and I to choose one person to officiate our wedding. Andrew was our first and only choice.
-Nadine
With a wonderful mix of patience, compassion, understanding, honesty and skill, Andrew has been a huge help to me in making critical decisions and managing significant challenges as CEO of my business, as well as in my personal life. People who care so deeply are pretty rare. From the moment we met, Andrew was asking me, hearing me, understanding me, and then helping me get where I wanted to go.
-Katie
Andrew has a wonderful ability to come up with creative solutions to support meaningful and measurable change. With every matter I brought to him, both personal and professional, he helped me identify what was most valuable to me, set a plan for success, and then shared ideas and tools to help me succeed. I never felt judged, and I always felt understood and supported.
-Beth
“I’m in my 30’s and I needed a change in my life. I didn’t know what that would look like, all I knew was that I was stuck where I was and that I was unhappy. I decided to try working with a coach and found Andrew. The work we did together literally changed my life. Andrew made this a safe, honest experience. He asked all the right hard questions but had a way of just making me want to share and be honest about things I never thought I would. We unraveled all the layers of what was holding me back. I made the changes I needed to make. Now I’m, re-married and have two beautiful little boys”
-Mark
I am a happily married father of three, and a teacher of the Montessori variety. Andrew has been, and continues to be, an important influence in my life for nearly 20 years. I highly value his perspective and advice and still turn to him regularly to discuss questions about my family and career. When I first met Andrew, I wanted to be a musician. He encouraged me to take singing lessons, to perform, and later, to go to college (which, at the time, I was not planning to do). I took those lessons, I performed, and I went to college. I didn’t become a professional musician, but today if you want,
you can hear my music on Spotify!

This summer I will be working at the Nike, Inc World Headquarters in Beaverton, OR. I interned there last summer and had a blast. I work with Nike's Native American Brand, N7 (Google it!!). A little reservation boy working at a fortune 500 company wouldn't have been possible without Andrew. He came to the reservation and inspired me. He inspired me, helped me to see what I could do and to believe in myself.
Ahe'he. (That's THANK YOU in NAVAJO).
-Noah
I can’t thank you enough for the work you did with me back in Middle School. Now at 38, looking back, I consider you to be one of the biggest influences in my life. You put the belief in me that I could play division one basketball, and you showed me the depth of commitment that such a goal required. I think that that initial lesson of what a work ethic meant has been something I carried with me since then. I work with kids now, and I hope that I have one fraction of the impact on them that you had on me.
Thank you.
-Brandon
Andrew served as a mentor during my high school years, helping me navigate the challenges of adolescence. Unlike my parents or teachers, he treated me like an adult, always lending an ear, but never shying away from telling me the truth. While Andrew helped me survive my early struggles in high school, there was one topic I always resisted. Andrew was insistent that I spend some time camping out west. Up to that point, I had never gone hiking, much less camping or backpacking. After nearly two years, I relented and signed up for a three-week backpacking excursion through Wyoming and Montana. Again, Andrew’s words proved to be prescient. I thrived on the trip, eventually leading hikes and ascending a mountain. The trip was a watershed moment – it gave me the confidence to try anything and to be unafraid of the unknown.

When I was Executive Vice President at AmSouth Bank I brought Andrew in and he quickly and effectively assessed our situation and then skillfully engaged my team with a combination of individual coaching and group training that lead directly to improved client relationships and increased revenues.
-Andrew
As a board member I sought out Andrew. He has experience, he knows just how tough challenges can be, He knows how to help, and he makes sure that he does.
-Jim
As the Board Chair I had come to know Andrew and believed he could help us. Andrew is a partner who cares, knows how to listen, and is honest and strong. He knows how to help individuals and teams see clearly, make wise choices, and then move ahead with strength and confidence…”
